About the role

• Business Analyst supporting Tender to Result processes within BAM’s S/4HANA transformation project across the UK, focusing on business documentation, solution design, and training.

Responsibilities

• Support BPO & BPM, Subject Matter Experts and Functional Specialists with expert knowledge related to documentation of system functionality supporting business processes for both AS-IS and TO-BE Solution
• Provides critical linkage between Business Process, Change, Data and IT (Applications and Interface) Streams
• Support the business change impact assessments, including risk assessment, benefits and dependencies of proposed changes
• Ensure cross-functional interdependencies are identified and addressed
• Supports the BPO, BPM and SMEs in ensuring key stakeholders understand the change impact of the solution and plan relevant change readiness actions
• Contributes to the effective communication and engagement of changes to ways of working
• Supports cross-workstream collaboration to integrate processes and solution design
• Ensure that the correct Master data requirements are defined and implemented for Tender to Result
• Supports business process training and awareness sessions within Tender to Result to prepare people for the change
• Being a change agent, advocating the business drivers to adopt the SAP S4/HANA and Best Practices
• Supports and participates in cross-workstream data cleansing & migration
• Facilitates User Acceptance Testing of the Template solution
• Support the review and validation of end user training materials
• Support users in local country during Early Life Support (floor walker)

Requirements

• In depth knowledge of end-to-end business processes
• Specialism in Value Chain specific functional sub-processes preferred
• In depth knowledge of end-to-end Data and Information model
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate, influence others and progress at pace toward a common vision or goal
• Ability to understand impact of issues for the operational business and propose suitable solutions
• Expert in relevant SAP S4/HANA solution and technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
