Enterprise Sales Leader responsible for complex sales cycles at Baker Hughes. Fostering relationships with CxO’s in Oil & Gas sector in China.
Responsibilities
Managing complex sales-cycles including entire Digital Solutions portfolio of solutions and presenting to buyers/decision makers/influence the value of our solution suite.
Supporting creation and delivery of proposition through consultative and advisory model. Conducting full-form customer discovery workshops to uncover enterprise opportunities.
Developing enterprise level relationship with CxO’s, VPs and drive strategic partnership, MoU and frame agreements with key stakeholders.
Assisting regional sales/digital sales leader with developing/executing sales strategies relevant to the market using techno-strategic levers.
Utilizing Enterprise/Core Solution Architects/Technical Account Managers to conduct discovery/workshops on asset health/asset strategy.
Supporting proposals/bids, negotiating contracts & ensuring compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk.
Partnering with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers.
Requirements
Have a Bachelor in a related discipline or demonstrate equivalent, professional experience in Enterprise/Digital/Software Sales.
Show impressive experience in a Sales Leader/Sales Head role with customers in Oil & Gas and other related industrials.
Have commercial skills to relate to different level of stakeholders from site to HQ level.
Have experience of selling Enterprise Software Solution or Software as a Service (SaaS).
Have business acumen to structure unique enterprise deals to match different key account needs.
Be able to apply strategic selling skills and communicate ROI to key decision makers.
Have good communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
