Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube, Display).
Develop and optimise full-funnel Meta campaigns, including prospecting and retargeting.
Report weekly using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4.
Manage monthly budgets and ensure efficient spend.
Partner with creative and marketing teams to test new strategies and innovations.
Improve ROI and CPA across channels.
Support the content team with organic social posting, boosting, and reporting.
Contribute to campaign strategy and media planning across the wider team.
Requirements
3–5 years’ hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads Manager.
Proven success driving growth through data-led acquisition and optimisation.
