About the role

  • Digital Performance Marketer leading performance marketing for Bailey Nelson’s Canadian business. Responsible for optimising acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube, Display).
  • Develop and optimise full-funnel Meta campaigns, including prospecting and retargeting.
  • Report weekly using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4.
  • Manage monthly budgets and ensure efficient spend.
  • Partner with creative and marketing teams to test new strategies and innovations.
  • Improve ROI and CPA across channels.
  • Support the content team with organic social posting, boosting, and reporting.
  • Contribute to campaign strategy and media planning across the wider team.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proven success driving growth through data-led acquisition and optimisation.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, charts, dashboards).
  • Proficient in GA4 for acquisition, conversion, and user-behaviour analysis; strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR.
