About the role
- Ensure airworthiness of all aircraft, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, delivering practical solutions
- Proficient IT skills (desirable)
- Technical competence with attention to detail and accuracy
- Engages proactively with customers and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust
- Strong understanding of customer–contract partnerships and alliance management
- CAA Part 66 B1.2 licence holder
- Proven supervisory experience in civil and/or military aviation environments
- Ability to demonstrate both practical and theoretical technical standards
- Valid driving licence.
- The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) Counter Terrorist Check (CTC) security clearance for this role.
