Field Support Technician delivering critical CIS services across RAF Shawbury. Supporting technical assistance, documentation, and engineering processes for defence operations.
Responsibilities
Supporting CIS incident and change activity through the Digital Ticketing System (DigiTS)
Providing technical assistance to customers on CIS equipment and processes
Maintaining accurate records and documentation for each task
Implementing Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) for CIS equipment installations and decommissioning
Offering CIS subject matter expertise during installation projects
Requirements
Experience of telephony services within the MOD, including Defence Digital processes and catalogue familiarity
Strong customer service skills
Experience delivering change as part of a team
Willingness to learn, with specialist training provided
