About the role

  • Field Support Technician delivering critical CIS services across RAF Shawbury. Supporting technical assistance, documentation, and engineering processes for defence operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting CIS incident and change activity through the Digital Ticketing System (DigiTS)
  • Providing technical assistance to customers on CIS equipment and processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation for each task
  • Implementing Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) for CIS equipment installations and decommissioning
  • Offering CIS subject matter expertise during installation projects

Requirements

  • Experience of telephony services within the MOD, including Defence Digital processes and catalogue familiarity
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience delivering change as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn, with specialist training provided
