Responsibilities
Process weekly and monthly payrolls with accuracy, consistency and attention to detail
Maintain and update employee files and payroll-related data, including new starters and leavers
Input, check and reconcile payroll information using systems such as SAP
Produce and maintain weekly and monthly payroll reports
Complete final checks and reconciliations ahead of BACS payment runs
Requirements
Essential experience in payroll or strong corporate/administrative experience
Excellent administration skills with high-quality output
Strong accuracy, attention to detail and data integrity
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Effective organisational and planning abilities
Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
Security Clearance - The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
