About the role

  • Report to the Senior Director of Procurement
  • Analyze spend across assigned categories
  • Manage targets and communicate status to leadership
  • Compile, analyze, and summarize information
  • Lead RFP process
  • Act as liaison with suppliers
  • Track contract performance with operating teams
  • Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, finance, or supply chain
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Procurement
  • Broad understanding of Supply Chain concepts
  • Effective negotiator with understanding of contract terms
  • Demonstrated history of establishing supplier relationships
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement software (JDE, SAP, Coupa etc.)
  • Ability to travel domestically ~20% of the time
