About the role

  • Regional Manager responsible for developing partnerships in the automotive leasing sector. Focus on business growth, customer management, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Build and expand long-term business relationships with dealers, fleet, commercial and private customers
  • Support and further develop existing partners and customers
  • Conduct needs analyses and implement targeted sales initiatives
  • Advise and support our partners across the entire leasing lifecycle
  • Collaborate closely with internal specialist departments to ensure optimal customer care

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional and sales experience in the automotive sector
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel within your sales region
  • Hands-on mentality with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Confident user of the MS Office suite
