About the role
- Network Administrator overseeing server administration and incident resolution at Ayko Technology. Involves maintaining physical and virtual servers while ensuring network connectivity and security.
Responsibilities
- Administration and maintenance of physical and virtualized servers (VMware), managing Windows and Linux operating systems, including updates, patching, and ensuring stability;
- Management of Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPOs);
- Handling and resolution of level 2 and 3 support tickets, including troubleshooting failures and responding to critical incidents;
- Automation of administrative routines using PowerShell;
- Administration and support of the Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive);
- Implementation of infrastructure projects, improvements, and technology upgrades;
- Management of network security and connectivity, including administration of firewalls, antivirus solutions, and protection policies;
- Support for network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wireless), storage systems, and virtualization solutions;
- Technical documentation of procedures and maintenance of the IT asset inventory.
Requirements
- High school diploma;
- Preferred: Technical education or ongoing higher education in Technology-related fields;
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and NAT. Familiarity with networking equipment such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
