About the role

• Lead a team of software developers at Axians focusing on digitization and platform solutions. Drive product and team performance while engaging in hands-on development tasks.

Responsibilities

• You lead a team of software developers (disciplinary), remove obstacles for them, and provide technical guidance.
• Through regular, critical code reviews and coaching you ensure a clean, robust, and modern application architecture.
• As a passionate and experienced developer, you enjoy tackling challenging coding topics.
• You are, or will become, the technical 'buddy' to our product management team, supporting them with your expertise.
• Through regular employee discussions you stay close to colleagues, identify problems before they escalate, and develop each team member to ensure optimal team performance.
• You proactively network within the company to discuss on equal terms with development leads from other teams and collaborate on problem-solving.
• You regularly use our training, continuing education, and certification offerings to stay current both methodically and technically and to continuously improve.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience as a developer for Business Central or Dynamics NAV (AL)
• Motivation to take the step into first-line management
• Enjoys communicating and working with people
• Team-oriented and flexible
• Business-fluent German and good English skills
