About the role
- Senior Business Controller developing and implementing controlling processes at Axians. Providing strategic support and analysis for various subsidiaries in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Controllingprozesse und ‑Instrumente
- Agieren als Business Partner bei verschiedenen Tochtergesellschaften im Bereich strategisches und operatives Controlling
- Analyse der Profitabilität unserer Kundenprojekte durch kreative Nutzung unserer Datenbasis
- Mitwirkung beim Forecast- und Budgetprozess sowie Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Unterstützung der Stakeholder mit rollierenden Reports
- Gestaltung der SAP-HANA Integration
Requirements
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Controlling (idealerweise im Konzerncontrolling)
- SAP Erfahrung (idealerweise SAP-HANA)
- Kenntnisse in der Kostenrechnung sowie Buchführung (Gewinn & Verlustrechnung, Bilanz)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit BI Tools
- Strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise verbunden mit sehr gutem Zahlenverständnis sowie Hands-On-Mentalität
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
