Responsibilities
Proactively contacting prospects and existing customers by phone (outbound) across the DACH region — primarily within public administration and similar organizations
Running campaigns to identify needs and to invite prospects to presentations — without applying sales pressure on the phone
Handling inquiries from existing customers, preparing quotations and supporting them through to decision-making
Identifying market trends and new business opportunities in collaboration with field sales and team leadership
Maintaining customer data, call notes and proposals in the CRM system (MS-Sales)
Close cooperation with inside and field sales and actively shaping telephony processes
Requirements
Commercial/business education, ideally with an IT focus, or an equivalent qualification
Experience in inside sales or telephone customer support — preferably in an IT environment or with complex technical subjects
Confident use of MS 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint) and ideally experience with CRM systems such as MS-Sales
Enjoyment of active telephone outreach (inbound & outbound) and the ability to address technical and managerial audiences appropriately
Interest in modern IT solutions and willingness to learn product details
Communicative, team-oriented, customer-focused, independent, organized and goal-driven
