Responsibilities
Processing client inquiries and orders
Preparing and following up on trade shows and training events, and participating when necessary
Advising customers on product range
Coordinating production and delivery dates
Maintaining regular contact with field staff, service teams, accounting and other departments
Ensuring legally compliant shipment of dangerous goods
Preparing all export documentation
Requirements
Professional sales experience, preferably in the bicycle or sporting goods sector
Ideally native-level German or equivalent language skills
Very good command of Polish; English skills are an advantage
Strong organizational skills
