About the role

  • Inside Sales Specialist for CUBE Bikes processing client inquiries and orders. Coordinating with various departments and ensuring legal compliance in shipments.

Responsibilities

  • Processing client inquiries and orders
  • Preparing and following up on trade shows and training events, and participating when necessary
  • Advising customers on product range
  • Coordinating production and delivery dates
  • Maintaining regular contact with field staff, service teams, accounting and other departments
  • Ensuring legally compliant shipment of dangerous goods
  • Preparing all export documentation

Requirements

  • Professional sales experience, preferably in the bicycle or sporting goods sector
  • Ideally native-level German or equivalent language skills
  • Very good command of Polish; English skills are an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team player
  • Resilience and assertiveness
  • Ability to work independently
  • Basic technical understanding
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
