About the role

Responsibilities
- You support and advise our customers on technical questions related to our IT solutions.
- You assist users with the use of our software solution Infoma newsystem and ensure smooth operation.
- You perform technical services directly for customers – mostly remotely – e.g., on Microsoft SQL Servers and databases.
- You will become familiar with modern cloud and mobility solutions and support our customers in the adoption and use of these technologies.

Requirements
- You have a good secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) or a (technical) high school diploma (Fachhochschulreife/Abitur).
- You have very good German skills (C1) and good English skills.

- You are a team player, reliable and eager to learn.
- You are characterized by logical thinking and a quick grasp.
