About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead for the BI team, supporting the definition of solutions, standards, and best practices;
- Actively participate in the development and evolution of dashboards, reports, and metrics;
- Organize, prioritize, and monitor the demand backlog, ensuring clarity of scope, deadlines, and responsibilities;
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal areas and the BI team;
- Ensure adherence to agreed deadlines and SLAs, proactively addressing risks and blockers;
- Provide technical support to the team in resolving analytical problems and challenges;
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and governance of the data used;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and team deliveries;
- Support the BI manager in routine management and area performance indicators.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields;
- Previous experience as a technical reference, tech lead, or supervisor of data teams;
- Hands-on experience with Power BI;
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, metrics, and visualization;
- Knowledge of databases and SQL;
- Experience interfacing with business areas and managing multiple demands;
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration.
