About the role

  • Product Manager connecting market insights with technical feasibility for dynamic software startup. Defining product strategies and collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the discovery, definition, and packaging of our software product offering, connecting market and customer insights with technical feasibility and commercial impact.
  • Define and continuously refine product use cases based on customer needs and market potential.
  • Act as the central interface between Engineering, Project, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align priorities and execution.
  • Conduct market research and build a deep market understanding (e.g., studies, trends, segmentation).
  • Drive competitive analyses and translate findings into clear product decisions and positioning.
  • Lead customer conversations to identify pain points, validate value, and sharpen the value proposition.
  • Own product packaging: define feature bundles and pricing logic (price per feature/package structure).
  • Translate discovery into clear product requirements and manage implementation together with Engineering.
  • Professionalize and structure our product management function—from processes and methods to robust decision frameworks—and help build this function from the ground up with significant scope to shape it.
  • Prepare structured decision materials and recommendations for the internal Product Council and actively contribute to product decisions.
  • Work closely with the CTO and engineering leadership to balance product ambition, technical constraints, and delivery.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in software product management and the ability to connect technical concepts with market and business value.
  • Proven end-to-end experience in software product management (discovery, definition, packaging/go-to-market support).
  • Strong ability to translate between technical teams and commercial stakeholders and to connect “tech + market + economics”.
  • Outstanding communication skills and confident cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Highly structured and systematic working style: consolidate inputs, prioritize, and prepare decision-ready materials.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to use data to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
  • Solid PM toolkit (e.g., prioritization, discovery methods, customer interviews, competitive research) — industry-agnostic and applied pragmatically.
  • Experience developing and scaling B2B enterprise software products, preferably in a tech or deep-tech context.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (German is a plus).

Benefits

  • Open and supportive team culture.
  • Regular feedback loops.
  • Continuous personal and professional development through new challenges and responsibility from day one.
  • Modern work environment: flexible working hours and hybrid work options.
  • Startup mentality with a long-term perspective: direct opportunities to contribute and actively shape our company and product — your work has tangible impact.
