About the role
- Graduate Consultant role in agile consultancy working on client projects and conducting internal projects. Emphasis on technical skills in software development and effective customer management.
Responsibilities
- Working as part of our highly skilled consultancy team
- Work through complex client projects, including data migrations, software upgrades and performance testing
- Conduct internal projects
- Provides billable consulting services
- Participates in the full project life cycle, taking ideas from concept through full deployment
- Develops customer relationship and expectation management skills by independently working with customers
- Ensure a solid understanding of business objectives associated with projects and/or programs to which they are assigned
Requirements
- Experience using at least two of the following programming languages; Java, JavaScript, Python, C, C#, C++, and Matlab
- Experience of Atlassian software and AWS
- A relevant and strong degree within a STEM based subject, 2:1 minimum
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver to strict deadlines
- The passion to learn new skills and procedures in order to be an effective member of the team
- A knowledge of and interest in the software development lifecycle
