About the role

• Senior UX/UI Designer creating impactful digital experiences and UI designs for web and app projects in Cologne, Vienna, or Munich. Contributing to agile teams and facilitating customer-centric design processes.

Responsibilities

• You research, conceptualize and develop holistic UX/UI concepts for web and app projects
• Conduct user research, wireframing and prototyping
• Create user flows, information architectures and define user interface specifications
• Develop and manage accessible (inclusive) design systems
• As an active member of agile teams, you create UI designs for hand-off to developers
• Bring the customer perspective into interdisciplinary project teams and act as a facilitator for customer-centered design processes
• Facilitate workshops using creative methods

Requirements

• You have several years of practical experience in UX/UI design
• You bring a strong understanding of user experience design methods and human-centered design
• You have solid experience in conceptualizing and designing mockups, wireframes and prototypes for responsive websites and mobile apps, including work based on design systems
• You provide competent advice on GUI design development and ideally have knowledge of accessible design (Accessibility)
• You are proficient with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, Adobe)
• Experience with agile software development projects and tools such as Jira & Confluence is an advantage
• Use of AI tools for efficient work
• Fluent German in spoken and written form (minimum C1), and business-fluent English
