Responsibilities
Ensure effective, business-optimized staffing to guarantee smooth operations in the assigned area
Contribute to a consistently smooth and careful operation across the bar, kitchen, and service areas within the outlet
Organize and oversee production and sales, and manage product usage and inventory
Control daily cash handling and ensure revenue protection
Ensure daily cleaning in accordance with current Food & Safety guidelines
Ensure and monitor compliance with legal requirements (e.g., hygiene, storage, occupational safety), including documentation obligations (HACCP)
Ensure proper maintenance of furnishings, equipment, and facilities
Implement the marketing program according to current guidelines
Increase customer acquisition and boost sales figures
Continuously optimize the integrated workflow
Organize optimal customer service, with a focus on complaint management
Ensure proper outlet performance and optimal product presentation
Adhere to occupational health and safety requirements
Maintain good employee relations and conduct ongoing dialogue with staff
Work closely with the General Manager
Requirements
Completed vocational training in the hotel or hospitality sector or several years of professional experience
Self-initiative and willingness to learn
Strong leadership and communication skills
