About the role

  • IT Governance Analyst enhancing IT processes and ensuring alignment with business objectives in Brazil. Involved in policy creation and change management for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation, updating and dissemination of IT Governance policies, standards and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and promote continuous improvement of IT processes.
  • Act directly in change management, assessing impacts, risks and dependencies.
  • Participate in CAB meetings, contributing to the approval, prioritization and alignment of changes with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Perform impact, risk and urgency analysis of change requests (RDMs).
  • Validate scope, maintenance windows, deployment plan and rollback plan.
  • Validate high-impact changes and communicate critical issues to the areas involved.
  • Monitor critical deployments and coordinate with technical teams.
  • Ensure adherence to Change, Release and Configuration procedures.
  • Validate and review release calendars, baselines and maintenance windows.
  • Ensure correct registration of changes and their relationships in the CMDB.
  • Monitor assisted operation post-deployment and incidents after changes.
  • Guide analysts at other levels regarding the formal rules of the process.
  • Communicate high-impact changes to business areas.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the Change process.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of ITIL 4 (certification desirable);
  • Solid knowledge of COBIT (certification desirable - COBIT 5 or higher);
  • Proven experience in operating and improving service governance processes;
  • Experience with ITSM tools, CMDB and governance portals;
  • Ability to build dashboards and management/executive reports;
  • Knowledge of process mapping (BPMN is a plus);
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in final stages in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
