Responsibilities
Act as the steward of the AutogenAI visual identity, ensuring consistency across all internal and external materials.
Take full ownership of design deliverables from brief through to final execution.
Approach each brief thoughtfully and deliberately to explore multiple routes before arriving at the most effective solution.
Manage your own workflow, timelines, and priorities while collaborating closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and leadership.
Maintain organised design systems, templates, and master files to ensure efficiency, scalability, and consistency as the company grows.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and support coordination with external agencies or specialists when required.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, either in-house or in an agency.
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand application, layout, typography, and real-world business use cases.
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
Strong experience designing presentations (PowerPoint and/or Google Slides).
Experience working within structured brand systems.
Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Strong organisational and workflow management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Ability to interpret briefs and deliver effective design solutions.
