About the role

• Mid-Weight Designer responsible for visual identity and design execution at AutogenAI, a leader in Generative AI SaaS. Collaborating with teams to enhance brand communications and consistency across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Act as the steward of the AutogenAI visual identity, ensuring consistency across all internal and external materials.
• Take full ownership of design deliverables from brief through to final execution.
• Approach each brief thoughtfully and deliberately to explore multiple routes before arriving at the most effective solution.
• Manage your own workflow, timelines, and priorities while collaborating closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and leadership.
• Maintain organised design systems, templates, and master files to ensure efficiency, scalability, and consistency as the company grows.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and support coordination with external agencies or specialists when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, either in-house or in an agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand application, layout, typography, and real-world business use cases.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong experience designing presentations (PowerPoint and/or Google Slides).
• Experience working within structured brand systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Strong organisational and workflow management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Ability to interpret briefs and deliver effective design solutions.
