About the role

  • Group Product Manager leading SaaS initiatives and product developments at Auto Avaliar. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences and drive product strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of Product Managers, supporting professional growth and performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data leadership and business stakeholders to drive high-impact strategic initiatives.
  • Act as an active voice in discussions with senior and executive leadership to influence priorities and investments.
  • Ensure alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and the team's deliveries.
  • Prioritize product enhancements based on user value and strategic objectives, considering time constraints and delivery capacity;
  • Support Product Managers in the strategic launch of products and features, working with operations, GMUD, and marketing teams.
  • Connect/coordinate across teams to solve problems and align delivery expectations, including product pilots.
  • Track company OKRs and develop plans to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Visit customers to gather new insights for improvements.
  • Support Product Managers in managing deliveries, documentation, training, and processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Product Manager with SaaS, e-commerce, and/or marketplace products
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Project Management and/or Product Management
  • Flexible, creative, proactive, and adaptable
  • Positive, results-oriented attitude
  • Customer-focused to ensure solution quality throughout the work
  • Experience in customer-oriented digital product development working with internal and external teams
  • Product vision: Experience defining and communicating a clear, compelling product vision aligned with the company's strategic objectives;
  • Experience as a Group Product Manager and leading teams
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, design, data, marketing, and support teams to ensure product success;
  • Familiarity with tools: Jira, Notion, and/or Miro;
  • Advanced Spanish;
  • Advanced English.
