About the role
- Legal Counsel ensuring conformance with GDPR and other regulations for auction platform Auctionet. Collaborating with internal teams and providing legal advice to auction houses.
Responsibilities
- Ansvara för att bolag i koncernen följer lagar och regelverk inom GDPR, konsumenträtt, AML och DAC7.
- Arbeta brett med affärsjuridik, regelefterlevnad och riskhantering.
- Stötta verksamheten i avtalsförhandlingar, bolagsrättsliga ärenden och juridisk rådgivning.
- Bidra till utvecklingen av tekniska lösningar för compliance.
Requirements
- Juristexamen/jur.kand. från svenskt universitet eller högskola.
- Erfarenhet av arbete med riskhantering och regelefterlevnad inom GDPR och/eller IT-rätt.
- Erfarenhet av tvistelösning från t.ex. advokatbyrå eller liknande.
- Erfarenhet av rådgivning i affärsjuridiska frågeställningar.
- Mycket goda språkkunskaper i svenska och engelska.
