About the role
- Legal Counsel supporting the business team in SaaS B2B contract negotiations at Earnix. Involved in drafting, reviewing, and collaborating with global teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the Company’s business team in leading negotiations of commercial agreements and provide the business team with day-to-day legal advice.
- Involved in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including synchronizing input from stakeholders, and attending negotiation calls.
- Advise and collaborate with teams across all divisions globally.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a practicing attorney at a leading law firm or in-house at a high-tech company.
- Proven experience negotiating Enterprise B2B SaaS commercial agreements and Partnership agreements.
- Strong commercial acumen and business-oriented mindset.
- Experience in privacy and/or AI matters, or prior work with financial institutions, is a significant advantage.
- Ability to assess and manage legal and commercial risk while partnering effectively with business and technical teams, and communicating clearly with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Working proficiency in French or Portuguese (advantage, not required).
