Responsible for commercial management and the customer portfolio, identifying needs and offering appropriate solutions
Work directly with government clients, participate in public tenders and present the solutions portfolio
Conduct client visits, develop action plans and oversee the entire commercial journey
Map decision-making structures, understand business needs and prospect opportunities
Log opportunities in internal tools and coordinate with technical and finance teams until closure
Negotiate proposals and contracts and act as the liaison between the client and the company
Requirements
Proven experience in commercial prospecting of Fixed-line Telephony (MPLS, LAN-to-LAN, SD-WAN), Mobile and IT solutions (security, cloud, IoT/Big Data)
Knowledge of advanced Voice and Data solutions
Knowledge of finance (NPV, IRR, margin, depreciation, cost allocation, etc.)
Strong understanding of government customer business models and public procurement legislation
Experience in large enterprises and in managing bids/tenders, qualification processes, public auctions (pregões) and appeals
Target-driven profile with a strong focus on closing deals
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Business acumen and an understanding of customer pain points
High school diploma
Proficient in Microsoft Office
