Responsibilities
Lead, coach and mentor team members, embedding a culture of accountability and high performance
Implement structured training, induction, and development programmes aligned to clear career pathways
Monitor team performance against KPIs and drive measurable improvements in quality and turnaround times
Build a strong “right-first-time” culture using error management frameworks, analysis, and corrective actions
Ensure compliance with internal policies and FCA regulatory requirements
Oversee work allocation and resource planning to ensure resilience across peaks and absences
Act as the key liaison with Financial Planners, Paraplanners, and cross-functional teams
Own the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of client and planner data, producing regular reports for leadership
Champion digital adoption, workflow standardisation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Proven leadership experience in financial services
Strong industry knowledge and regulatory awareness
Demonstrable experience in performance management and team development
