Responsibilities
Provide high calibre, long-term tax and Lifestyle Financial Planning services to clients
Build strong, long-term client relationships ensuring needs are satisfied compliantly and efficiently
Maximise new business opportunities and retain the group's growing client base
Act as an ambassador of Attivo, representing its core values and company behaviours
Conduct in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances and future aims
Ensure adherence to compliance procedures
Maintain a high standard of file quality
Develop your product, technical and regulatory knowledge
Actively seek opportunities for client growth through referrals
Follow through with clients to ensure timely business completion
Escalate any breaches or concerns promptly.
Requirements
Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
Proven track record of providing high levels of service and advice
Excellent interpersonal, listening, numerical and IT skills
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent report writing and written/verbal communication skills
Good organisational, time management, and caseload management skills
Ability to work on own initiative, sometimes for long time periods
Professional, ethical and discreet
Ability to build and maintain ongoing client relationships
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
