About the role

  • Lead RAN Engineering role analyzing wireless network performance for AT&T, requiring significant technical expertise in network components and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

  • Run daily performance report for 4G and 5G networks
  • Check source data for data integrity issues
  • Collaborate with markets to determine root cause of degradation
  • Provide a list of top offenders contributing to degradation
  • Finalize and send reports on root cause analysis
  • Monitor Rocky Mountain Region’s network modernization efforts

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ related experience
  • Certification is required in some areas
  • Python
  • Visual Basic
  • SQL
  • Bachelor's (BS/BA) in Technical or Engineering degree preferred
