Responsibilities
Business-unit partner: Together with our internal stakeholders, you develop in-depth analyses in the portfolio area, derive well-founded recommendations for action, and identify optimization potential.
KPIs with impact: You develop and define the right key performance indicators to actively manage and monitor our existing portfolio.
Analyze processes and define data requirements: You dive deep into processes, identify the relevant data, and lay the foundation for precise portfolio analyses.
Dashboards that inspire: You are responsible for the design, development, and implementation of user-friendly BI/BA solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
Mastering data integration: You support the integration and preparation of data from various sources into our BI solutions.
Team: We are a small, agile team in development with the goal of creating real added value through data and analysis and actively shaping the future of portfolio management.
Requirements
Your experience: You hold a degree in business, mathematics, or computer science and have several years of relevant professional experience—ideally in the banking sector, at an IT service provider, or in a consulting environment—or you have vocational training plus many years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification.
Your skills: Professional experience in data analysis and/or controlling — you are proficient with analysis tools such as Power BI (or comparable tools) and ideally have basic knowledge of ETL processes, SQL, and Python.
Language skills: You have business-fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (B2).
Your mindset: You enjoy analyzing complex data, deriving clear recommendations for action from it, and communicating them in an understandable way.
