About the role
- Senior Scrum Master facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams in complex IT environments. Promotes collaboration and continuous improvement across multi-project contexts and teams.
Responsibilities
- Agile facilitation
- Lead all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
- Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile values
- Facilitate collaboration and communication within teams
- Coaching & support
- Coach teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement
- Coach Product Owners on backlog management and prioritization
- Help remove impediments affecting team performance
- Monitoring & continuous improvement
- Track Agile metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and practices
- Help promote Agile culture across the organization
- Coordination & cross-functional collaboration
- Work collaboratively with other Scrum Masters / Agile Coaches
- Interact with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management
- Operate in multi-team or multi-project contexts
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong mastery of Scrum and good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
- Solid understanding of IT environments (development, infrastructure, Cloud)
- Strong servant-leader attitude
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Ability to operate in complex, high-stakes environments
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (PSM, CSM, icSM, SAFe SM, etc.)
- Agile / Lean training or certification
