About the role
- Senior Facility Manager responsible for physical security and management across Cartier sites. Coordinating safety policies and overseeing security teams for effective implementation.
Responsibilities
- Operational management of physical security: supervise and coordinate on-site security officers, access control, and site-specific procedures and tools.
- Implement and monitor site security and safety protocols.
- Participate in incident management and coordinate with the relevant authorities in case of crisis.
- Development and coordination of the overall policy: define, together with the Real Estate Director, the rules and principles of physical security for all Cartier sites.
- Adapt rules according to site type: owned property, lease, sublease, or shared spaces.
- Work in partnership with Site Security Advisors to ensure consistency of practices and compliance with standards.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in physical security, ideally in a regulated environment or related to real estate.
- Experience managing teams and coordinating multi-site operations.
- The role requires handling sensitive / classified information.
- Management of physical security teams.
- Implementation of on-site security policies.
- Coordination with authorities and external service providers.
- Access control and regulatory compliance.
- Fluent English.
- International or multi-site experience.
