About the role
- Intern in Engineering supporting the commercial team at Atlas Copco in Barueri, SP. Engaging in CRM updates, document organization, and client communications.
Responsibilities
- Update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
- Organize documents and sales proposals.
- Support initial outreach (email, phone, social media, etc.).
- Attend client meetings alongside other team members.
- Monitor orders and contracts.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other sales documents.
- Support cross-departmental interface activities (e.g., marketing, product, and operations).
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Technologist program: Mechanical, Electrical, Automation & Control.
- Available for a 24-month internship and able to commit to a 6-hour daily schedule.
- Interest in developing a career in the commercial/sales area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proactivity.
- Good knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Reside in or near Barueri, SP.
- Advanced English; knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus.
