- Lead Key User augmenting local business processes with Transform360 solutions at GEA. Responsible for the effective adoption and training of engineering business processes.
Responsibilities
- Provides deep understanding of local business processes in their area (E2D)
- Nominates, sets up and coordinates local Key Users community
- Participates in creation of test cases and ensures their relevancy
- Collaborates on test and training material localization
- Delivers trainings and provides ongoing support for local Key Users and End Users
- Monitors process efficiency within Division
- Supports Key Users in adopting new processes
