About the role
- Engineering Intern supporting instrumentation processes and assisting Development Engineers in Powertrain Engineering routines for AVL South America in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Support the instrumentation processes of projects for test execution.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for client meetings.
- Support Development Engineers in Powertrain Engineering routines.
- Assist Engineers in technical discussions with AVL Test Engineering and the client.
- Participate in meetings to discuss national and international projects.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Naval, Aeronautical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, Automation Engineering, or another technical-focused degree.
- Availability for a 2-year internship.
- Intermediate/advanced English - frequent contact with international clients.
- Advanced knowledge of Office applications.
- Knowledge of calibration software and interface tools (INCA, ATI, MDA).
- Familiarity with combustion or electrified powertrains.
- Participation in student activities such as Formula (e.g., Formula SAE).
- Exposure to vehicle and powertrain control system calibration activities.
