Responsibilities
- Support the Manager of Business Performance in project execution
- Develop and maintain BI solutions, creating insightful reports and dashboards
- Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs
- Establish and maintain robust data pipelines
- Assist in preparing and presenting periodic data summary reports
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all databases
- Support planning and forecasting processes by analyzing historical data
- Conduct internal BI reporting training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data science, or related field
- Proven experience of 2+ years in business intelligence, data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) & data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL)
- Coding (Python/R) & automation (MS Power Automate) skill is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to details and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
