About the role
- Lead the Analysis, Portfolio and Investment Practice for the M25 Strategic Road Network in the UK. Drive asset management strategies, ensuring data quality and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Analysis, Portfolio and Investment (API) Practice within the Asset and Network Planning directorate
- Accountable for quality and defensibility of data, models and recommendations shaping investment decisions
- Contribute directly to analysis and assurance
- Own and operate lifecycle decision support tools
- Develop and embed TOTEX-based investment strategies
- Provide analytical assurance and commercial support on assumptions, affordability and risk
