Responsibilities
Create and maintain strong relationships with our clients' promoting Social Value services and other services from within AtkinsRéalis
Develop, manage and deliver Social Value delivery plans for clients and project teams
Plan and run Social Value programmes/activities including managing of community partners and engagement with key stakeholders
Work collaboratively across the business and with joint venture partners
Play an active part in business development for the team – including network building, identification of opportunities, bidding, client presentations
Support procurement and management of suppliers and support supply chain engagement and upskilling
Requirements
Demonstrable industry experience in delivery of social value activities and programmes
Passionate about social impact and ensuring communities have a real say in shaping our projects
Strong technical understanding of the Social Value landscape in England, economic impact, environmental management, corporate responsibility or sustainability
Able to demonstrate commercial awareness and business development skills
Proactive and confident, a team player but also able to work independently
A finisher, paying attention to detail
Able to write bids and has creative thinking for social value responses to win work
Comfortable with multi-tasking and change
A relevant qualification in social/environmental/natural science or similar subject or demonstrable industry experience
