About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide structured support across a range of change activities

- Coordinate analysis, engagement and delivery tasks

- Create supporting materials such as presentations, reports and artefacts

Requirements
- A foundation-level understanding of change management principles and delivery methods (e.g., stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, benefits awareness)
- Experience supporting communication and engagement delivery, including helping prepare messaging, coordinating engagement activities and contributing to clear, audience‑appropriate communications
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to support multiple workstreams
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication
- Ability to facilitate or support workshops, meetings and collaborative sessions
- Curiosity and willingness to learn from senior colleagues and multidisciplinary teams
- Analytical skills for gathering, interpreting and presenting information
- Proactive approach to problem‑solving with support from senior team members
- Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Experience working in project environments (desirable)
