Requirements
- University degree in a natural science, preferably medicine or pharmacy, with strong medical-scientific expertise
- Proven experience in building and maintaining robust relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and professional networks
- Experience leading diverse teams (cultural, geographical, functional) toward shared objectives
- Excellent communication skills, especially in presenting complex scientific topics to varied stakeholders
- Strong project management skills and pronounced entrepreneurial acumen
- Demonstrated cooperation and team skills, social competence, independence and a confident presence
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent German and English
