Responsibilities

  • Planning, analysis and support of change processes within organizations
  • Development of strategies and measures for successful change initiatives
  • Supporting the development of an open attitude toward change
  • Advising clients on significant change initiatives and leading project teams
  • Conducting internal and external workshops, training sessions and coaching

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in change projects
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Change Manager
  • Solid methodological knowledge in change management (e.g., Kotter, ADKAR)
  • Experience in team leadership
  • Experience in leading workshops, training and change processes
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel and readiness to work on client sites
