Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout and growth of a smart outdoor lighting platform across Europe, with a primary focus on Germany
  • Define strategy and drive market expansion initiatives
  • Establish market presence and develop strategic partnerships
  • Structure and align the organization to ensure successful implementation
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team delivering outdoor smart lighting solutions

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in business development or solution sales
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B and IT services
  • Experience selling to the public sector is an advantage
  • Proven track record leading market entry or expansion efforts
  • Fluent in English and German; French is a plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 75 days per year)
