Responsibilities
Work strategically and collaboratively with different departments, developing visual campaigns aligned with business objectives to strengthen the brand’s communication across multiple channels;
Create graphic designs with a strategic marketing focus, communicating commercial and product objectives to diverse audiences and platforms;
Design and produce artwork for institutional and promotional campaigns (online and offline);
Produce visual materials such as presentations, banners, marketing emails, social media posts, catalogs, brochures, packaging, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and assets for digital media;
Ensure the correct and consistent application of the brand visual identity across all communication materials;
Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns and product launches, ensuring the applicability of the defined visual strategy;
Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and propose creative solutions;
Adapt artwork for different formats, channels, and audiences;
Monitor design and visual communication trends, proposing improvements and innovations;
Support suppliers and external agencies, ensuring visual quality and consistency;
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, controlling deadlines and priorities;
Support measurement of communication activities’ results and propose continuous improvements;
Produce and edit simple videos for social media;
Prepare briefs for promotional videos produced by external suppliers.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Communication Analyst or Designer, working strategically;
Strong knowledge of graphic design, branding, and visual identity;
Ability to translate briefs into effective visual solutions;
Creative, proactive profile with strong attention to detail;
Good organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple demands;
Strategic outlook and refined aesthetic sense;
Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and partners;
Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Graphic Design, Product Design, Advertising or related fields;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the area;
Proficiency with creation tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (or similar);
Knowledge of social media design, packaging development, and POS materials;
Basic video editing and motion design skills;
Intermediate English (desirable).
