About the role

  • Working Student supporting the Global Communications team in fostering corporate culture and internal engagement at Merz Therapeutics. Contributions include organizing events and supporting communication materials.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee events, cultural initiatives, and overall employee well‑being.
  • Plan and organize internal events and special projects that promote corporate culture.
  • Support colleagues by providing guidance and hands‑on assistance to help create an attractive and welcoming workplace.
  • Assist the team with the development, review, and approval of communication materials.
  • Help make the office and company an inspiring and enjoyable place to work.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program (minimum 3rd semester)
  • Interest in communications or public relations and a desire to work in an international environment
  • Proactive, hands‑on approach with a strong service and hospitality mindset
  • Creative, well‑organized, and able to maintain a positive, flexible attitude during busy periods
  • Fluent in German and English and comfortable using Office 365.
