Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee events, cultural initiatives, and overall employee well‑being.
- Plan and organize internal events and special projects that promote corporate culture.
- Support colleagues by providing guidance and hands‑on assistance to help create an attractive and welcoming workplace.
- Assist the team with the development, review, and approval of communication materials.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program (minimum 3rd semester)
- Interest in communications or public relations and a desire to work in an international environment
- Proactive, hands‑on approach with a strong service and hospitality mindset
- Creative, well‑organized, and able to maintain a positive, flexible attitude during busy periods
- Fluent in German and English and comfortable using Office 365.
