Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in internal, executive, or corporate communications
- Proven experience in implementing communications initiatives that inspire and engage employees
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in creating communication products across multiple channels
- Ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior leaders
- In-depth understanding of internal and corporate communications best practices
- Strong operational and project management skills
- Mastery of the technology and tools required to execute internal communications at scale, including SharePoint, ChatGPT Enterprise, Staffbase, Workday/Peakon, Asana, Excel, and Outlook
- Certified SharePoint administrator is preferred
