- Able to identify, coach and mentor team members to become servant leaders of Agile programs and self-directed teams
Requirements
- 12+ years of industry experience and 3+ years of experience in leadership role
- Ability to manage technical projects from conception to completion
- Should have experience with release coordination & project administration tasks
- Experience using Agile PM software (Jira, Confluence, etc)
- An undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required, with a preferred graduate degree
- 12+ years of overall experience in Application/Solution Development domain
- Experience with a full product lifecycle
- Experience with Atlassian suite: Jira, Confluence, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
