About the role
- Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer executing migrations and providing support related to Microsoft 365 in a hybrid role with Aspire Software in Lebanon.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Microsoft 365 migrations including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Perform tenant-to-tenant and hybrid migrations.
- Design migration strategies, coexistence models, and cutover plans.
- Configure Microsoft Entra ID, identity synchronization, and authentication methods.
- Execute DNS cutovers and manage mail flow during migration phases.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell and standardized migration runbooks.
- Resolve Microsoft 365 support tickets related to:
- Exchange Online and mail flow
- Microsoft Teams configuration and issues
- SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business
- Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity issues
- Support post-migration stabilization and remediation activities.
- Troubleshoot M365 issues.
- Work with Microsoft Support and third-party vendors when required.
- Maintain migration documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
- Document recurring issues and implement preventative solutions.
- Provide knowledge transfer to helpdesk and operations teams.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of Microsoft 365 experience.
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 migrations.
- Strong PowerShell skills.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 at Tier 2/3 level.
- Strong understanding of DNS, mail flow, and identity services.

- Experience with migration tools (BitTitan, ShareGate)
