Responsibilities
- Collaboratively develop the postsecondary value strategy
- Lead and manage Unlocking Opportunity and related initiatives
- Partner with CEP's Executive Director to scale impact
- Hold responsibility for executing a research agenda
- Engage with higher education leaders to identify strong practices
- Lead project management and mobilize teams
- Build and manage external relationships and fundraising efforts
- Collaborate with colleagues and execute strategy
Requirements
- Substantive professional experience in higher education
- Knowledge, skills and experience in educational practice, institutional leadership, or policy research and analysis
- A track record of leading or directly supporting change at colleges and universities
- Ten years of management experience and an advanced degree (preferred)
- Outstanding communication and relationship skills
- Existing relationships in the higher education and/or workforce sectors are a plus
- Experience with nonprofit fundraising
