Responsibilities
Supporting the Brand Manager in the execution of brand strategies, including both ATL and BTL marketing initiatives.
Planning and delivering brand activations on time and within budget
Coordinating closely with creative and media agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging
Managing and monitoring brand presence across social media platforms
Collaborating with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to drive impactful market activations
Maintaining strong working relationships with advertising and promotional agencies
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year marketing experience, preferably FMCG industry
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proficient in business-level English (spoken and written)
Proficient user of MS Office
Experience in project management
Proficient in using social media and digital marketing tools
Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
Good organizational skills
Problem-solving ability
Open-minded and result-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and presentation skills
