- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Partner with HR to manage headcount planning and payroll costs.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial close and reporting, supporting global consolidation efforts.
- Monitor KPIs and deliver insightful management reports.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and tax requirements.
- Support acquisition due diligence and integration efforts.
- Foster relationships with financial institutions and external auditors.
- Champion continuous improvement and standardization across the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (required);
- CPA, CMA, or MBA (highly preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in the medical device industry.
- Proven success managing regional or multinational finance teams.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel/database tools.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required);
- Portuguese (highly preferred).
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex business challenges.
