About the role

• Lead Software Engineer creating digital infrastructure for renewable energy assets at Arteus. Developing core logic for optimization and defining tech stack with strategic autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture: You will be our first software engineer.
• Inhouse Intelligence: You will develop the core logic for battery optimization, asset optimization, predictive maintenance, AI-enabled project development, and more.
• Strategic Autonomy: You will define the tech stack and system architecture so that Arteus can scale over many years.
• Ownership: You take technical leadership from day one and will gradually build your own engineering team.

• Experience: You have worked in an agile, fast-growing tech environment and have repeatedly demonstrated your ability to build from 0 → 1 → 10.
